I designed and created quality product photography by setting up sets, posing products, capturing images, and editing them for optimized sharing capability.
Through the shop’s Instagram, I developed direct connections to their audience; engaging with customers’ comments, messages, and questions.
I collaborated with the artisans we represented to ensure the messaging and portrayal of their work was positive and consistent with their branding.
Housed within the Harvard Art Museums, the gift shop aims to provide visitors with quality, meaningful treasures. The shop offers artist-made accessories and gifts, publications, stationary, and exhibition-related souvenirs.
The museum and shop serve the local Cambridge, Boston, and University communities as well as international art-lovers and tourists. The shop reflects the Harvard Art Museums’ integrity as both a major center for the arts and conservation research.
